Formed in September 1991 with the acquisition of D.G. Hodgson & Co. and Charles D. Griffin & Associates, the two premiere appraisal companies on Guam with experience throughout the region dating back to 1970. Among our assets are the market data and analysis of over 30 years of continuous appraisal practice in Micronesia.

We have staffing of 15 in two offices (Guam and Saipan), and work with Palau Appraisal Associates. The Guam office has staffing of 12; of our nine appraisers, eight are certified or licensed. We conduct appraisals throughout the Western Pacific, including Guam, CNMI, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands and Samoa. Clients use our services for financing, decision making regarding buying or selling, lease negotiations or re-negotiations, probate, estate and taxation issues, litigation support, and insurable replacement value. We also offer business valuations.

We conduct over 1200 appraisals per year, the majority on Guam. Property types appraised include: residential, commercial, industrial, vacant land, hotel and special purpose properties including golf courses and tourist destinations. Our work product is accepted by all lenders in the region, and our clients include governments and private parties.
